Welcome to the official home of La Lune Noire — a Dutch New Wave and Electro band from Dordrecht, the Netherlands. 

Our music is powerful, yet intimate — danceable and haunting at the same time. Wistful synth lines, Gregorian undertones, punky guitars and lyrics that have something to say. We carry the echoes of the 80s in everything we do, but we’ve never been content to just look back.

Inspired by Gary Numan, Front 242, Killing Joke, Depeche Mode and early Simple Minds — La Lune Noire has spent fifteen years finding its own voice. Seven studio albums, stages across Europe, and a live show that keeps getting sharper. This is New Wave with something to prove.

Vandaag is het vrijdag de 13e.
Ik vond het een leuk idee om voor het album Complot 13 nummers te schrijven. Ik was dan ook in de veronderstelling dat ik 13 nummers geschreven en opgenomen had, tot ik een maand voor aflevering van het album erachter kwam dat het er maar 12 waren.
In zeer korte tijd toen het nummer Friday geschreven, dat uiteraard als 13e nummer op Complot staat ...
